Full administrator accounts have extensive access to site settings, which can potentially cause site-breaking issues. JustGrow Business Services will not be held responsible for fixing problems caused by other administrators and will charge our normal hourly rate for resolving such issues.

Administrator account passwords should be complex and unique to enhance security. We recommend using a password manager like BitWarden and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

Creating new administrator accounts or installing new plugins should be discussed with JustGrow Business Services beforehand to ensure compatibility and prevent potential issues.

Theme changes should not be made without JustGrow Business Services involvement to avoid disrupting site functionality.
Direct code edits to themes, child themes, or plugins should not be made without consulting JustGrow Business Services, as these changes can affect site performance and stability.

Under no circumstances should the JustGrow Business Services custom plugin be deleted while the site is hosted and maintained by JustGrow Business Services.

Similarly, JustGrow Business Services admin user account should not be deleted while the site is hosted and maintained by JustGrow Business Services.
