To get started, sign up online where you'll provide some information to create your account and pay for your website and the first year’s hosting, technical support, and maintenance charges using a debit or credit card. Within one business day, we'll contact you to discuss design choices from our gallery, and once selected, we'll begin creating your website, guiding you through the process of providing content.
What are the costs associated with this service?
Our readymade web design service has a one-time fee of £495 plus an annual charge of £245 for hosting, technical support, and CMS maintenance.
What payment methods are accepted for my project?
Payment for the ready made website and the first year's associated charges are made via debit or credit card when you sign up. An invoice will be emailed to you.
Which content management systems (CMS) do you work with?
We exclusively use WordPress for building and supporting our websites, offering an efficient and supportive solution for our clients. There is a reason why over one third of the internet is powered by WordPress.
I don't have a domain name yet, can you assist?
No problem! You can register any available domain name and provide it when you sign up. We'll help you connect it to your new website when it's ready to go live.
Can you assist with creating content?
Yes we provide a copywriting service, we can also assist in content generation using AI tools and have access to various stock image libraries.
Do you utilize templates in your designs?
In our bespoke services, each website is uniquely designed. However, our readymade service offers a selection of predesigned templates. We can't change the layout but can modify elements and colours to suit your business.
Will I be able to update my website after it goes live?
Absolutely. Every site we build includes training on basic updates using WordPress. More complex changes may require our assistance at an hourly rate. Sometimes if the updates are more involved or require design changes you may want to contact us to do the work for you, we will give you a price before doing any work and we may also offer simpler, more cost-effective alternatives where possible..
Is it possible to include a blog on my website?
Yes, absolutely we recommend you do and we include the blog main page and post template for free! A blog keeps your site fresh and can improve SEO rankings. Many designs include blog functionality.
How many pages are included in my website?
Our readymade web design package includes up to 6 pages. Contact us for pricing if you need additional pages. This is in addition to the blank pages we include for Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies, Blog main page and Blog post page.
Do you outsource any aspects of the work?
Occasionally, we started as an agency in the City of Southend-on-Sea, due to the lockdown the majority of us still work from home, however sometimes we have work that is not what we are awesome at, in these cases we have tried and trusted freelancers we have used before, our studio is now in Bideford, North Devon and although we are located in Bideford and mainly serve UK clients, we can work remotely with clients worldwide.

What are the costs involved in making changes after the site is live?
You can make updates yourself using the WordPress dashboard. For more complex needs or if you're short on time, we'll handle updates for a fee, with all costs agreed upon upfront to avoid surprises. We may also offer simpler, more cost-effective alternatives where possible.
