We will first ask you to fill out a brief design questionnaire. If we have any questions, we'll discuss them with you. Next, we'll conduct industry research to develop a design concept. This concept will initially be an image of the homepage, which we'll present to you for feedback. We'll continue refining the design until you are completely satisfied. Once you approve the concept, we will proceed with building the website. Please note that we offer unlimited revisions, ensuring your 100% satisfaction before approval. However, any design changes requested after the website build has begun may incur additional charges.

To help us design a concept for your website and/or logo, please complete the following questions. Note that we offer unlimited revisions of the design until you are completely satisfied and ready to approve it.

1. What services does your company provide, and what is the primary goal of your website?
2. Which pages would you like to include on your website? (For example, Home, About Us, Services, Contact).
3. Please list any websites you admire, whether for their colours, style, or layout. These sites don’t need to be in your industry; we're just looking to understand your preferred aesthetic.
4. Who is your target audience?
5. Do you have an existing logo and colour scheme? If not, do you have any preferences for colours or ideas for your logo?
6. Are there any competitors in your field? If so, could you provide their names or websites?
7. If there are any additional comments or requirements not addressed in this questionnaire, please list them here.

We provide a bespoke website design service and will continue refining your new homepage design until you are completely satisfied and ready to approve it. We offer unlimited revisions during this phase, so you have ample opportunity to adjust it as needed. Once you approve the homepage design, the following steps will take place until your website goes live:

1) We'll construct the approved design into a fully responsive homepage integrated within our user-friendly CMS. This process typically takes about one week from the approval of your design.
2) If you haven't yet provided the content (text and images) for the inner pages, you should work on this and send it to us as soon as possible. For websites with multiple inner pages following a consistent format, it might be more efficient to show you how to upload the content directly to the CMS rather than emailing it to us.
3) After constructing the homepage and understanding the content structure for the inner pages, we will proceed to build these pages. You can track our progress using the preview link in the CMS.
4) Once all pages are built, we'll conduct a remote training session to teach you how to manage your site using the CMS after it goes live. However, don’t worry—as once your site is live, we remain available to provide support.
5) We will assist you with any necessary domain configuration changes, finalize your billing for any outstanding payments, and then launch your new website.

We will issue you an invoice that should be settled via bank transfer. Upon signing up, you will be required to pay 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% balance will be due either when your site goes live or 8 weeks after signing up, whichever occurs first. Please note that our hosting charges will commence from the date you sign up.

In our bespoke services, each website is uniquely designed and we do not use templates.

However, our readymade service offers a selection of predesigned templates. We can't change the layout but can modify elements and colours to suit your business.

Absolutely. Every site we build includes training on basic updates using WordPress. More complex changes may require our assistance at an hourly rate. Sometimes if the updates are more involved or require design changes you may want to contact us to do the work for you, we will give you a price before doing any  work and we may also offer simpler, more cost-effective alternatives where possible..

Yes, absolutely we recommend you do and we include the blog main page and post template for free! A blog keeps your site fresh and can improve SEO rankings.

Our Silver web design package includes up to 8 pages. This is in addition to the blank pages we include for Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies, Blog main page and Blog post page.
